- Payments made to BestLands.lk are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
3. Property Advertising & Promotion
- By posting an advertisement, you grant BestLands.lk permission to promote your property.
- Your property advertisements may be shared on our official social media platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook and other social media channels.
- We aim to increase visibility, but we do not guarantee sales, leads, or responses.
4. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided in your advertisement is accurate, truthful, and up to date.
- You must have the legal right to sell, lease, or advertise the property.
- Any misleading, false, or illegal listings may be removed without prior notice.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
- BestLands.lk does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party.
- Your contact details are shown only for the purpose of connecting buyers and sellers.
- We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. No Brokerage or Legal Responsibility
BestLands.lk is not a real estate agent, broker, or legal advisor. We are not responsible for:
- Property ownership disputes
- Legal documentation or agreements
- Payments, advances, or deposits
- Fraud, losses, or damages between users
7. Account Suspension & Content Removal
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove advertisements that violate our terms, applicable laws, or ethical standards, without prior notice.
